ELY: For the patient trader. Is nice because it does not take wild rides. Has been stuck in a range for quite awhile, but a nice range it is. Swings for about 2 points and seems relatively predictable.

Again, keep a few of these in your "constant" watch list. When things are dull you can always pick these up for a quick 1/2 to 1.

I like this one long term as well because it is one of the fastest growing sports, and especially because the street despises this issue right now. I don't seeing it moving out of the range anytime soon....but as a trader, that is ok too. May be playing this one on those boring days.

Nice Insider activity over the last 6 months.

AFCI - Another opportunity? Yes, another opportunity to play this on from the 7s to 10 or so. How many times have we played this one?

They warned about some revenue not appearing as they expected but this still is a fabulous company with solid growth prospects. Will be taken out eventually by a larger player.....and it my gut is telling me sooner than not.

This is another one for the patient trader as you may have to buy and sit for a few days, but you should be able to pull a point or so out of it over the next couple of days.

They were at an investment conference today from what I understand....and were not covered by any of the attendants. Perhaps that would change now...... but I doubt much coverage would come in the face of near term uncertainty about orders.

Trade it.

CYCH - Recent news, recent high flyer, recent market downtrend, and a -1 point drop on 25% avg volume. Should be a great trade into an up market.

Would not be surprised to see this hit the high teens very soon. Another one that I will have on the block for tomorrow. Don't go long unless you have the stomach, but for a trade....it should soon look good.

Nice gap Monday followed by slow retreat. I think you will see 12 1/2 again....using that as my trigger watch.

PSQL - One of my favorite traders. We missed the dip and the ultimate recovery. Don't we have a specialist watching this. There is a lot of money to be made trading this issue.

Darn it. Not like me to miss a move like that.

LBFC - Please be very careful with this issue. One of my good issues from a few months back that I found on thestreet.com and I liked the story.

Something appears to be up here on volume of 6x into a nice rise. They are a subprime lender in a sea of bad press on the subprimes. BKs are rampant in this sector and this one is the only good one that I have found.

They have forward sold much of their production through the first quarter of 99 and have very steady earnings increases. This stock should be trading at 16 right now but the sector is holding it back.

But something is up on the volume alert. Put it on your watch list. A little boring to follow, but when it moves....it moves well.

BKS - Some times good stocks get beat up. Earnings concern recently has hammered this stock. Down nearly 7 in two days. As far as I am concerned, it can drop to 20...I will add long where I can. But I don't expect it to base here for long..... too good of a company with too much growth ahead.

I think you will see them as the ideal mix of brick and mortar storefront and Internet strategy. Distribution model already in place unlike AMZN. Once they execute their strategy, they will go big. Will most likely spin off their web division.....great potential there.

TJ MLG chart

To me it looks like it is approaching its resistance level af around $12.00. Nice spike in volume yesterday. Has not been above 12.00 since last month.

Is that what you see, or do you see something else?
TIA

TJ - MLG chart -

hmmmmm... gee... Is the pattern a boring day with a late-day spike??? That's just a guess.... *smirk*

Looks neat. I just wonder how many days it can keep doing that. Maybe we'll soon see an early-day spike with nothing much later (in anticipation of this pattern).
