Here my $0.02, IMHO as far as what might he buy?. A old rumor concerning a buy-out of LRCX copper group w/c is currently is in joint venture w/ NVLS. OR A rumor maybe another joint venture w/ KLAC-TENCOR & expand the potential in the capital equipment industry. jd

He can buy my CFMT at a ~100% premium in cash and still have some cash (some $70+ mm ... Fully Diluted ... Cash off B/S ... Transaction Costs) to build out the headquarters ... perhaps guild the walls with Copper ... The Halls to Damascene! <G> I am just in too good a mood after the LRCX score versus the Evil Empire (of which I am also a holder ... I just like the people at LRCX better ... pulling for the underdog ... I also like BC's chances in the BigEast Tournament, too!!! The latter is really a joke!) --Duker
