Unbelievable, first the "tight jeans" defense, now pantyhose. The perp was biting down hard on her lip, he was FORCING her. She obviously didn't know what kind of psychopath she was dealing with. For years women were told that if in a violent sexual assault situation, her best action would be to NOT RESIST. The idea being that, yeah, maybe you'd suffer the rape, but at least you'd probably come out alive. Well we all know better now, but remember, this was the seventies. bp
