Bill,
Well, you know I can be a contrary indicator.<VBG> I am now bearish enough to be eyeing Mar or April puts.We have a triple top on the oex and spx and all that other weak "stuff" out there. My target of 9800 may be a stretch but there's enough $$$ to help the dow at least put in a triple top.OTOH I may be totally wrong and may have missed a great chance to short.I don't know what to make of this... I checked with our local Quick and Riley office and the phones have been idle. They said it has been boring ALL week....no selling and the internet interest has peaked.Earlier the phones were ringing off the hook and if nothing else, people were at least asking for quotes.Calm before the storm????For the last year I noted that some of the "pros" were taking cues from the individual investor...watching and waiting for some signal of panic selling and it never happened.Maybe soon all that complacency will be infectious and that's scarey to me.IMHO your BK may be "sneaking" up on us....don't let me miss it!!!!!
Regards,
BB
