DAK: Totally agree that this article is completely biased fluff. However, I think the way Isis handled this issue was much less than candid. The Q3 earnings release last November quoted Parshall as saying that they had enough capital in place to last them 2 more years. The S3 filing less than 3 months later says that ALONG WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE OFFERING they will have enough capital for 2 more years. Did someone say Clintonesque earlier? Does this depend on your definition of CAPITAL? And why no press release explaining this? IR told me that they didn't issue a press release because they don't consider this material event for the company. An intent to dilute existing shareholders by 16% is not material? But Stan Crooke getting an award for Man of the Year from the Chrohn's/Colitis Foundation is?? I'm disappointed and expect much better from this company.
