(Nasdaq: DELL) The PC maker took three of the four top spots on Wall Street Journal's two-year old Shareholder Scoreboard for 1998. Dell was the number one out of 1,000 companies in total return to investors in past three-, five- and 10-year periods. For this past year, the Round Rock, Texas company placed tenth. Dell dropped 3 3/16 to 83 1/4 yesterday.
