tHIS IPO WILL NOT BE DELAYED. And anyone who thinks it will be is either a fool or a raging short. Why not? The officers of navr have too much of their own money tied up in it: simple fact: they stand to make millions from the ipo; it will also have an extraordinary impact on navr.'s bottom line. you better believe it's coming.
