The list was for telephone companies that will buy VocalTec equipment, not other suppliers (Lucent is a competitor that has some agreements with VocalTec). Those on the list above Taiwan Telecom were in the last 6 months, the rest in the last two years. Two years ago does not mean the deal is done. Dacom signed two years ago and took a bigger bite a few months ago. Others are likely to do the same.
