Carl,

I've been watching the tape pretty closely and I haven't seen any
150K buys lately. That's not to say that I haven't missed them I just
think that if there were enough of them for Power Media to mention
somebody here would have noticed. I'm starting to have a real problem
with this PR company Power Media implying we should buy the stock
because of a pending PR blitz or because someone is buying 150K blocks
and not giving us much else. If this stock is such a buy that must become apparent by the stocks' own merits. I think Power Media took
Cetek for a ride- 2.5 million shares for cheesy adds in USA Today?
I'm trying really hard not to get down on these guys because I bought
a lot of this stock but they have to come up with something substan-
tial. I actually think they were better off without Power Media,
best,p.b.

2.5 million share to Power Media to drive the price down on the stock. What a bargain!! Here is how it works. You take a nicely functioning company with a nice little niche and you ask a company like Power Media to hype, excuse me, promote the company. They take their shares and pump and dump as quickly as possible, trying to screw every small investor they can. After the party is over Power Media writes a nice report to the company telling all the wonderfull things they have done. They go home and go onto the next company. Let us see, if they sold their 2.5 million shares at .25, then Power Media made $625,000 for doing God knows what.
