The market, from the point of the S&P 500 index, has been chopping sideways for some time. This week might have been point 3 of a triple top within the trading range. As for the Nasdaq 100 index, we should stand aside to see if this bounce is for real or not before taking positions for the longer term.

If you are trading back and forth on an intraday basis, please disregard the comments above.
