JDN, MSFT tries to get Justice Dept. to dismiss trial because SUNW & AOL & NSCP have formed an alliance.

I would not have thought judge would consider future but untried alliances in present case.

We hope that the SUNW, AOL & NETSCAPE alliance will be profitable and successful but we do not know if it will be.

Even if Sun's alliance with new partners is successful, I believe it will take years and years to move MSFT's products from most PCs.
