Okay, what am I missing here: Sales growth wasn't nearly as fast as Wall Street had been led to believe; total revenue growth was only in the low to mid-30s, rather the mid-40s. How does a restatement dealing with in process R&D impact sales? The only restatement of sales that might be necessary under a pooling of interests would be if there were transactions between BGS and BMC. This statement has me totally baffled. Ideas, anyone?
