Under the terms of the contract Reel Media will receive 35,000 restricted shares plus a 3% royalty on revenues. Reel Media, based in Dallas Texas, currently has 350 color films and 400 Classic black and white titles in it's extensive catalog. The library collection includes films starring: Elizabeth Taylor, John Travolta, Ingrid Bergman, Roger Moore, John Wayne and Lana Turner, as well as hundreds of other stars.
