IBD had comments today about a Senate study of potential
impact of Y2K on among other things, nuclear missle systems.
They said "A Senate draft warns of "the most serious and
potentially devastating events this nation has ever encountered.""

Does anyone know of a good sight for info or discussion on
Y2K's nuclear affects?
N.
