Glenn,

It occurs to me that, as a successful "classic" retailer, it would be/would have been appropriate for you to diversify by investing in cyber-retailers. In addition, have you considered an on-line store yourself? Buffett owns a jeweler that does some on-line and mail order business. How they have done this, sent goods out for years without an incident, is amazing to me, but perhaps it would make sense to you.
