Doug,

Chart shows a declining head and shoulder formation, with low volume. Indicates distribution of the stock and a bearish trend. Watch out if NN breaks below the $25(US) mark.

Doug: Good question. I think it depends on whether you are optimistic like Ian or pessimistic like me. If we see a continued erosion in prices, then who knows what the bottom will be, but if NN is capable of keeping market share without having margins erode, then NN is possibly undervalued. The trouble is it will take months to really know.
