I don't know enough about the Canadian market and thus can't comment.

There are stocks out there do the wireless as you said, but again, I am not familiar. IRIDF looks like one of them but they are off to a rocky start, and plus their current global system costs too much money. If I am not mistaken, they have not signed up as many users as they wanted so far.
