What also amazes me is that Pmc paid 75 cent for 1.3 mil. shares of Cist and you have to know that buyers for CIST's cash have probably offered at least in the 50-70 cent range for over a year now.

At these levels the market makers in Cistron's stock are>>

1)Real dumb or
2)?

"Galton is slow". Now we know why>>$1,000,000 in salary and bonuses since IMNX.

But he has a strong sense of urgency when he wants to. Remember when the PMC letter of intent was signed? June 30, 1998 the last day of the fiscal 1998 year which i am pretty sure triggered the $100,000 bonus(it certainly wasn't base on Cistron's stock price). If it was consummated on July 1 he would have had to wait a whole year for that bonus.

We need you hypothesis on why Cistron's bid is at 20 cents when ANY buyer would pay a minimum of 70 cents in a sale for Cistron?
