Here's another post from Ragingbull: By: rocketman Reply To: None Thursday, 25 Feb 1999 at 4:49 AM EST Post # of 95 Folks, I just read a great post from SI. It was posted by George Victor. (I got to give credit to his due diligence) There was an article from the Fall 1997 issue of opportunist magazine. You'll enjoy reading that article. Some of the client base includes NASA, John Deere, Saturn, GM, Nissan, Allied Signal and Procter & Gamble. Of course, we know about Ford and the NASCAR link. You can probably add Delco to the list in the near future. You may want to see how many dealerships Delco Remy has as I did! But what has me excited is that "ASPIRE (Automotive Support Programs for Inspection, Repair and Emissions) which is conducting an enhanced emissions research project for the State of Pennsylvania. The article states that this is an opportunity for a significant breakthrough for state inspections because Microphonics' equipment allows mechanics to perform the same exact evaluations at a fraction of the cost ($2000 per unit) of existing $150,000 units. Microphonics is targeting other states through ASPIRE" Folks, if this does not get your blood pumping, I don't know what will. Can you see the potential here? With the ongoing testing period through ASPIRE, we can see car shops and garages using Microphonic devices. And why not, if this saves car shops about $148,000. Alright, how many car shops in North America? Also, Microphonics has a contract with Digital Descriptor Systems Inc. to distribute their product line in Europe. DDSI has offices throughout Europe. Furthermore, Microphonics is currently developing equipment for home use that will evaluate energy efficiency of windows, doors and skylights. When I was talking with Bud (IR), he was telling me about the applications for the home consumer. As a matter of fact, several construction builders in their area were so impressed that they bought some of these device. So we are not just talking about applications in the automotive world and we not just talking about North American use here. Think big potential!!! Remember, it takes a while for these huge corporations to finish their testing. Even the Ford deal just signed recently took about a couple of years. Do you think that all the recent orders building now are coming to fruition? Do you think that this company with their huge contracts with GM and Ford is worth only 65 cents at yesterday's close? Folks, just look at the forest and not the trees and you know that this company is grossly undervalued. But when you see the audited financials and revenue numbers for the year it's going to be very conservative even with recent signings because you can only put down numbers with the devices that you have delivered thus far. This may take a while for delivery with all these big orders. But don't feel sorry that they're overworked with orders. Feel sorry for those that have already sold for 10 cents profits!!!
