hey, MB,

you were lucky to have had that experience growing up. I can see that in my daughters with their cousins ...

I don't know why my siblings and I weren't close with our cousins ... the ones we liked, we rarely saw, and the others, well ... <g>

Peter

To All, Portfolio notes:

1. I sold my second third in DeBeer's. Only the permanent third third is in place. Impala and DeBeer's were my largest holdings in CAP APP, so that portfolio is looking a bit skinny.

2. The puts I bought yesterday are lookin' kinda macho today. Especially those related to the dying pc market. Though Sanmina and Shwab are showing a bit of weakness, too.

3. On old puts, folks who own Fannie and Freddie may finally be looking at interest rates. <g> Mexico won't perform for me like it always has before. "Roll over, you cantankerous Chihuahua." <g> Providian is getting back into line.

Good Luck,

MB
