Reserves - maintained consistency with past percents.

Piper Jaffey: outstanding Quarter. Acquisition question, where to expand to and best brand opportunities. Answer - hedging on acquisition question. French market opportunity is strong, sales and marketing teams, Australian market is good for wrestling.

What other than WWF in 1999? answer - Rugrats, strong post-Xmas sell throug. Strong fishing. Color GB, Toy story 2. Others upcoming (wouldn't reveal). Other things long term that he can't discuss. 2000 market? - answer very positive on 2000 market. Expects flat to slow growth in 1999. Playstation 2 coming. Growing PC business. Says 2000 gloom and doom is unfounded. Only 2 WWF titles in 1999, more than that in 2000.

Lin, Wedbush - Goals for WWF? Will PSX 2 impact their titles? Answer - Won't set goals for WWF%. Stressing product line growth. Says people don't ask Disney how they'll replace Bugs Life; shouldn't ask THQ either!

more Lin - Nomenquest release? Answer - still on for late 1999 for N64

Taylor - Arcadian Investments - Revenue mix by platform for 1999? Answer - PC 5-10%, 10% GB, 40% PSX, 40% N64

Royalties - operating margins? Answer - generally positive answer even with royalties, since gross margins on platforms are going up.

SKU mix? 5-7 N64, 10-12 PSX, 5-7 PC, 6-7 GB (I think)

Another analyst (?) - restatement of earnings due to gameFX. Answer - no indication for such a need (from SEC and their auditors). Game FX is a true R&D acquisition. No good will from Rushware acquisition.

OK - that's it for me. getting boring. I'll keep listening in case they say something exciting.

Rich
