"Demand remains firm on memory as well as processors. In the 64 meg
capacity, 8MX8, 8K REFRESH 5V product is relatively tight as factory
delivery is out several weeks. 16MX8 PC-66 has adjusted down slightly. With
the new P-III launch a few days away, many buyers and analysts are
concerned with the success and the effects on some of the P-II product
currently used in production."according to AICE (Wednesday)

Trading activity in DRAM is steady and pricing is mostly unchanged. 8MX8
FPM 8K REF 5V TSOP is currently in demand and pricing is higher.
Conversely, 16MX4 SYNCH 4 BANKS 3V TSOP is trading at lower prices as
demand remains constant, but availabilitys increase. Intel Celeron 366 is
commanding a higher price in today's trading.

Monday February 22, 1999

There are some DRAM price adjustments as the Asian market has resumed
trading after the weeklong New Year celebration. 16 MEG prices are mixed.
2MX8 EDO 2K REF 5V SOJ is higher and 2MX8 SYNCH 2 BANKS 3V PC-100 TSOP is
lower. 64 MEG product pricing is mostly stable with the following
configurations trading lower: 8MX8 EDO 4K REF 3V TSOP; 8MX8 SYNCH 4 BANKS
3V PC-100 TSOP and 16MX4 SYNCH 4 BANKS 3V PC-100 TSOP. Pentium II 333 and
350's are trading at noticeably lower levels today.
