I'm watching! I've seen no news. Maybe there was some brokerage comment. But the overhead resistance indicated an explosive potential upon breakout. But something must have sparked the buying today. Regardless, NCES has clinched the breakout today. This certainly qualifies as a technical breakout, unless tomorrow has greater volume and the stock goes down ;o)
