CIBC should be embarrased by those rules - Are these guys walking around with their heads up their asses. The first company to get it together here is gonna win us all over. WE need a quote service like SW and a trading service all in one. I know SW is looking at it.

Yes, they've had that message there for about a month.

"due to heavy volume........we are sorry, but we continue to be
incompitent"

One would think that if they're that busy, they could afford to
adjust to demand conditions.

I've got just a couple more trades to do with them so I can get my cash out, and then I'll be having a trashing of the bookmark party.
