There is room for all comments...just cuz you don't like to hear it is no reason to shove people off. Hope all goes well but there is the consideration that details still can get in the way of closure(.) There are people that are balancing the HYPSTERS and the bashers to make the decision for themselves.

Looks like this guy is another day trader making money on every swing and preventing it from an expeditious move to 4-5 cents. I'm not sure where you came from with your only recent chatter on this thread, but I've been long this one since the days of .03 Being long does not automatically revoke my right to skepticism, especially when the company's performance has thus far warranted skepticism. I was not aware that a LOI is legally binding and appreciate your willingness to educate me on this point. On the other hand, I can do without the rest of your hostile attitude thank you.

Corporate sales are going to carry this thing. They have a lot of deals worked out behind the scenes to sell big blocks of timeshares. The retail sales , which at one time were going to be done mainly by MPTV on site and at their other timeshare properties, is not as important to them now. They expect the Vegas project to sell out relatively fast. At one time the goal was to sell it out in two years. Things have changed. Now it is a much more aggressive schedule. This is only the beginning. We've got our company back. The shares have increased significantly in the last few months, but it's better than having the company in bankruptcy court right now. This company is worth .03 on paper for just the land alone. Property worth estimated 30mil (conservative). conservative estimate of 15mil in debt leaves 15mil profit assume 500 mil shares 15mil/500mil = .03 Now throw in the timeshare profits, PE ratios, etc... easily .10 to .20 to ??? down the road It's a great day for MPTV!!!!
