My following post pretty must sums up why I believe TAVA is undervalued.

Pay special attention to my comment on "carry trades".

I'm not an expert like Bill, but I sense that this is what has been occurring.

And I sense that why he is so concerned about his short position. He has probably been taking some of that money and putting it into CPU (which he is long in, for probably some good reasons I will grant).
