Ted, shares out? The response you got from chuck was to call the officers of the company, you will not get to talk to any officers of the company, second they do not know how many shares are out for sure. We will not know untill March sometime, from the posts I read. The guess is from 19 million to 21 million, IR does not know, Also you should not ask how many shares are out, that is a question on this board the investors do not like to hear asked, it is considered bashing the company. And how many shares out is not important because they are growing. Look at previous posts on this subject. And when audited numbers come out, with the deals being made, we could see double the shares out now , lets hope the income merits that. At this point no one can tell you any concrete facts on the shares it is all just a guess.
