Dear Paree, An interesting read for sure. As we have touched on, some of the things that allow DTs to do their biz are being elimintaed by the SEC as well as the respective exchanges, the "big boys" aren't pleased by this pattern and will continue to try to thwart. Over the last month many brokerages have raised margins etc. even going so far as saying certain issues cannot be traded over the internet. From my perspective I am with them to a point, retail investors must be allowed to invest as they see fit, at the same time we as a country cannot afford to have our venture capitalist markets destroyed by unjust volitility. As this all plays out it wil be most interesting to observe.,, L & $$$ WCTI,, Barbara
