That was between MM's that are short. IE. below the bid.
That's why the bid did not drop. Not to worry.
Sometimes they do that to scare people. Not nice, is it?
some of the Mm's are short and it's the end of the month.

Could it be that a market maker had a huge sell order and was shorting at the offer all the time to fill a majority of the order then clocked a sale for a portion of the order at the bid giving the client the order at the bid?Just mere speculation on my part.
