I have accessed his posts from the first date of his membership and forwarded a compilation of those posts to the SEC along with my perspective. He is representing himself to be such an analyst, and on numerous posts he has suggested that people contact him via PM. Furthermore, he has represented himself as having made certain trades on behalf of clients. He has also represented his 12 month returns as being 700%. If the SEC feels that he doesn't merit investigation, it will not take action. Metamucil does wonders No chance. Colonics are the only way to go.
