Clearly, at $29 per share, it was time to be bearish or, at least neutral enough not to be buying.

We are now starting to get near what I would call a buying opportunity.

That pesky short interest inched back up to 2.1 mill from 2.0 mil during the period from 1/15 to 2/15. A 100 thou additional shares put on the market has some impact during low volume periods. When volume picks up less.

This number still remains out of whack with where it should be normally. Lower<g>.
