Vitas: We are getting down to fun time. Two hours to go. For the past month, this market has acted like a drunk wobbling down a hall and bouncing from side to side on each wall. This could be fun for a full-time trader but I put that aside some time ago. I look forward to doing it again in about 5 years. I would guess, and I emphasize guess, that the rates have overdone themselves. If they stabilize, or even go down a bit, our drunk may decide to move up the flight of steps at the end of the hall. (Of course the drunk may just decide to fall down the descending steps too.)
