Regarding project Angel, I assumed you have seen the post
2933 on this thread, which indicated that ATT was going to use
the 38GHz bandwidth it acquired from Teleport (Biztel) for deploying
Project Angel. I was shocked by this announcement, since I
assumed all along Project Angel would use much lower frequencies.

Regarding Radix and ATT, I heard allegations that ATT just
used its contract with Radix as a diversion to prevent Radix
from hooking up with competitors. Maybe it is an excessively
Machiavellian interpretation of what happened.
