In the meantime, congratulations to all here who recognized the current weakness(es) and have made money on it....In my ideal (investment) world, we all can make money and are happy...and there is no CNBC (I know, a lot to ask for...)

Thanks John. In an ideal world, institutions and manipulators lose big to individuals. hehe.

Good luck.

John, I'm never going back to the Dell thread. If anyone wants to know what is happening at the co., they can come to this thread. <g>

Dell may get market share gains. After all, the market is declining so fast that anything is possible. But their core business, corporate buyers, is really sucking wind. I still think we look at three cascade announcements and then le deluge in the fundamentals. First cascade, they missed the whisper in November. Second cascade, they missed revenues in Feb. Third cascade, they miss the eps estimates in May. The only thing that could prevent this is if they guide analyst estimates down enough so they beat a lower hurdle. That seems to be what Merrill is doing today, lowering the bar Dell has to leap over.

BEST,

MB
