This is the URL for the National Library of Medicine:

nlm.nih.gov

This is the URL for PubMed, easiest to use IMHO:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Search term=aspirin and lecithin

You pull up a bunch of stuff, and go from there. You can zig and zag really easy in there. If you find an article you like, try punching up "Related Articles." If a citation says "No abstract" don't bother with it, you'll have to go to a medical library to read anything about it. The abstracts are good enough for a lot of things, I find.
