To the thread: I just spoke to Irwin Boock at LEAH. He said they have been getting a number of inquiries regarding the purchase details of Win-door's recent acquisition and ask that I relate the purchase details to the thread.

Actually, LEAH pulled of a brilliant coup here, similar to the great deal they got for Siberian Machinery.

For 80% of the new company with their terrific fire door product, LEAH paid 1M shares of Win-door, valued at $5/share. And 1.5M in cash. The cash, was not from LEAH, however but from Win-door. In effect LEAH paid none of its existing assets for this company.

This was how Alex Nafanailov, LEAH's President put it:

>>The purchase is for 1 million shares of win-door valued at $5.00 per share and $1.5 million for working capital to enhance and broaden marketing for the retrofit kits. Money coming from win-door not Leah.<<
