To "Kris H.". "can anyone offer an explanation as to why the share price isn't budging". yes - i can and i will but to try to answer your VERY good question you need to first (1st.) understand something about "micro-cap" stocks. "micro-cap" stocks are VERY different from "normal" type of stocks - VERY DIFFERENT - and "TSIG" is considered to be a "micro-cap" stock. now - you absolutely MUST understand that ALL "micro-cap" ("penny") stocks are - by their very "nature" of being "micro-cap" stocks - relatively (actually very) UNknown by the majority of the stock market investment "community". just stop and think about "it" for a minute - how can these "types" of companies ("micros") EVER really get any real (worthwhile - useful) "exposure"? they are (almost) NEVER "talked" about via ANY of the television "business" programs. almost none of the brokerage houses - or their stock brokers - EVER "talk" about these "type" of stocks - AT ALL - EVER!! so when (how) DO these "micros" EVER start to get really "noticed" by the "right" kind of people? AHHH my "little grasshopper" - i am SOOOOO glad that you asked me that question because by answering THAT question i will be answering your original question. these "micros" ONLY start to become "noticed" and then - NO DUH - have their stock prices go UP - when - and ONLY WHEN - the companies start to - MAKE MONEY - or at least can "show" to the "market" that the company has the POTENTIAL to make money in the very "near" future!! yes, my friend, "it" ALWAYS "comes-back" to that - MAKING MONEY!! now the "good" news is that "TSIG" is starting to make money and has the POTENTIAL to make a LOT more money!! this is precisely why "TSIG" is just now starting to become noticed ("discovered") but it will take a "little" more TIME for this wonderful "event" to really happen!! "patience" - my friend - "PATIENCE"!! it will - and it IS - happening!! take care, my friend.

TO KRIS AND ALL that are new to investing or have only experienced the stock market while it's been ROBUST! (VERY GOOD)

<<, but I sure hope it doesn't take six months or more for this stock to reach say $5.00 >>

I rarely post anymore... am no longer one that has faith in his own abilities to invest... but I do continue to learn more and more about what my downfalls were and where I went wrong...

but I did want to say that regardless of where you invest.. whether it's IBM, CSCO, DELL, or TSIG or whatever... to suggest that you aren't willing to wait 6months for a stock to appreciate 1000% is INSANE!!!!!!!!!

The market has done so well over the last 3 years that people seem to think that 100% to 1000% profits in a short period of time is normal... historically, a VERY good return on an investment held for 1 year is 20%!!

show some patience as you are watching this company develop or any other... take into account what the company is doing and the quality of the mgmt and the profitability and popularity of the market in which that company is involved in.... DO NOT focus so much on the price... and how it moves from day to day.... if you feel the stock is undervalued and will appreciate over the long haul.. then consider it as an investment... why wait??

If you feel the stock is overvalued.. then move on or don't buy or wait for it to get to a level you're comfortable with...

and this applies with all stocks... those who try and TIME their buys/sells with HI's and LOW's of the market RARELY fair as well as those who research a company thoroughly and buy in and hold as the company develops... the price will eventually move along with the success of failure of the company...

once again, if you're used to investing in companies and having them appreciate 1000% (ex: 50cents to $5.00 as you mentioned)... in less than 6months... I sure would like to subscribe to any suggestions you might have for investing and winning...

for me, I've learned daytrading is too risky... find a stock that's undervalued with great growth potential and a solid management team... buy in and relax and watch the company develop... DONT watch the stock.... watch the COMPANY!.... again, the stock price will follow...

good luck to all those in whatever investments you choose.. this is not my solicitation or endorsement of TSIG or any other stock though I will say that I do read this thread from time to time.. and I do know some people that own this stock and am quite impressed with things thus far as they've transpired since early 1998...

regardless of my personal opinions of the stock, I simply wanted to post my thoughts ... as I think many people are truly spoiled into thinking that a stock price should SKYROCKET in a matter of days and weeks on good news.. and if it doesn't, then there must be something wrong with the company or the company must be holding down the price... etc... shoot MSFT hit 175 recently... now it's under 150??? is something wrong with MSFT?? maybe they are putting out bad PRs just to hold the price down??? use your heads people... there are so many variables to factor into a stock price moving one way or the other... if you have to... make 2 columns on a piece of paper..
REASONS TO BUY // REASONS TO SELL.... whichever column has more checks in it... go with that... just make sure you have LOTS of questions concerning the company you're looking at... and always be willing to re-evaluate from time to time (each qtr yr or so)...
hope this was of some use to someone.. anyone... I'll consider posting again in 3 to 6 months... and see where TSIG is... meanwhile, I'll go back to enjoying watching this thread and the faith that people have here in this interesting company..

What's wrong? 6 months is too long to wait for a 1000% increase?

ROFLMAO.
