1. AMD really isn't going to have great volume on the K6-III until next quarter. 300k this quarter will help but remember that AMD has had to really drop K6-2 ASPs to OEMS to combat the Celeron price cuts.
The K6-2-450 is coming late too and with the Celeron 433 around the corner don't expect that the k6-2-450 will be selling for more than $150-160 shortly after we see the Celeron 433.
Also there are only a few more weeks of sales left in the quarter.
So maybe AMD breaks even. That's my best guess.
2nd Qtr. should be better with better volume on the K6-III and K6-2-450.
Don't know how you think that is losing 2 quarters.
