Real Time Quote Mark, Please remember the intellectual beating that you took on the Raging Bull by ralphC post #1870 before you even start. As a reminder................. Mark, I have no problem with your questioning the share count outstanding. What I have a problem with is you tell merely a part of the story. The most recent example is that you state that the Wall Street research analysis shows 14.2M in shares outstanding for 1999 and that they did not project 23.2M outstanding until 2001. You are correct here, that is exactly what the research report on 11/27/98 shows. HOWEVER, it also shows 1998 Gross revenue to be $75M and 2001 Gross revenue to be $375M. Mark, the shares outstanding count has changed, but so has the potential gross revenue. GGNC had $5M in December, $6.7M in January. There is NO China, Japan, or Taiwan in these numbers. Lets say that we NEVER see revenue from Asia(seems unlikely to even you I would assume). At their current month to month N. America increase, they will be at nearly $200M in revenue just in N. America!!!!! If we add China, Japan, and Taiwan to this equation wouldn't you agree that the gross revenue number will rise significantly!!! And my analysis does NOT even include the acquisition of the private sports book(another $100m?) or any developments beyond what we know today!!!! Mark, please use the entire balance sheet if you are going to challenge a piece of it. I would be the first to recommend that GGNC ask the Wall Street group to update their analysis. However, we should all have the intelligence to review things in their entirety as one of the elements change, THEY ARE ALL INTERRELATED. A share count that rises with no correlating additions to its bottom line is obviously bad, anyone knows that. But by spending shares to more than proportionately increase our financial position is a big win!!! The old adage that it takes money to make money is true in the Internet gambling business also. IMHO we will see >$400M in gross wagering revenue by August's end. I also think that the run to 5 or 6 is still a couple of weeks away. The big run will happen when GGNC is 1.) Filing audited financials(March) 2.) Finalizes the sports book acquisition(March) 3.) Starts showing good revenue from Asia(April-May) RalphC
