There can be no doubt that a sexual encounter between Clinton and Broaddrick did occur. Clinton did not explicitly deny this part of the allegation, and whenever Clinton refuses to explicitly deny an allegation, one can be certain that the allegation is true. We are given a corroborated story that after the encounter, Broaddrick was left with a swollen lip and ripped panty hose. If I were to sit on a jury, I would not think twice about finding him guilty of rape.
