I don't understand how 2 people can have the same name. Doesn't SI give out the names ... if so, they are responsible for the imposter. There should not be more than one same name on the threads at any time. ON the plus side, the stock pick may not be so bad. Give it a day or two to die down, seems to have some good fundamentals. I actually may but it if I can free up some cash ... getting killed today!!!

Don, Please cite the law that he broke. You must be a SEC enforcement officer or an SEC attorney....right ?

With respect, I think caution will be better over the long haul for these boards than regulation. Sure, the fake broke the law, but it seems as though a lot of people here do. If the SEC does come in, it will be with a sledgehammer and then the board really will be useless. But my main point, and I hope you agree, is not to blame the young man on here who is simply researching, learning, and apparently making some cash. Anything you do in his name is between you, the imposter, and, if you insist, the SEC. I also want to add, in response to an earlier post, that I think the false info has to be material- but I'm no expert. And I never will be if I keep skipping my Sec. Reg. class to watch these boards (and avoid this awful Boston weather.) :)
