Misc thoughts: ======================= Gysi pretty much told us how many Thunder shipped in q1. He said most of the 17 million in inventory was Thunder that came in before year end plus a little more in other wrestling titles. If you estimate 15 million of the 17 million was Thunder and divide by $10 per retail (Gysi stated last year this was a rough cost of psx titles), you get about 1,500,000 units. Gysi also stated it has all shipped. So 1,500,000 * $35 = $52,500,000 you can book for q1 (minus what they reserve of course). ============================= The Moness Crespi Hart guy asked about allowances. Fred said they were 18 million. It was unclear to me whether this was the amount reserved THIS QUARTER or if it was the new reserve balance. I am going to email d lake. If they reserved 18 million this quarter, that would be 14% of gross....the highest yet and totally unnecessary. That would bring the new reserve balance to 22-23 million...nearly 2.00 per share. which also makes the 2.10 - 2.15 for 99 completely absurd. Chris
