If my calculations are right, we had 72,148 worth of WCW revenue this year - or about 65%.

1998 - 63% of 215,060 = 135,462

less

q1 88% of 48,453 = 42,638
q2 25% of 29,325 = 7,331
q3 51% of 25,963 = 13,345

equals

72,148 / 111318 = 65%

Your point has been driven home.

I just finished listening to the CC and one of the many things I came away with is that the company expects to have about $50M in cash by the end of the Q1 FY99. With 12M shares outstanding, that means the stock price contains $4 a share in cash. So, today you are buying the franchise for $18 or 9x earnings. This is unbelievably compelling value. You know it really does take time for investors to warm up to the idea that a company truly has a profitable and proven business model. Case in point, just look a Sun Microsystems in the fall of 1997 when the stock was languishing under $40 and trading near 15x earnings. This persisted for another year until investors finally realized that Sun had a credible Internet business model to rival Microsoft's. With some patience, I hope when can see the same gains for THQ that Sun shareholders enjoyed in the past few months. When THQ's recognition is realized, the stock price will then reflect the success they have achieved. I have bought THQ several times on sell offs and this time I will be a buyer yet again.
