Dan,
You mean non-issue, a distraction! Waltertx on the outside chance may be a potential ally, but his actions suggest otherwise. My suggestion is non-response until he provides positive, verifiable information that justifies his views and the reason he has committed a group of investors to this amount of loss and still feels supportive of the current management.
