Ian: Hate to say this but more people come to know CMIV, narrower the gap is going to be between IVI/IVC simply because primary listing for this stock is on nasdaq, CMIV in US$. It is no longer considered a canadian company for RRSP and taxation purposes. To get a proper price for IVC on TSE, you need to convert CMIV @ exchange rate. IVC is identical to IVI in all respect, except for one, which is IVI does not count towards 20% foreign content because it is equal to the old IVI and is exchangable share. People have been paying a premium for that for last couple of months, quite a big premium actually so even at to-day's prices, you are getting more for IVI but as you noted, the gap has narrowed a bit.
