I'm surprised you would try to defend this scum that caused so many to lose money, but since you do, that fact is, what he did was an overt attempt at stock manipulation by pure lieing and deceiving. That's somewhat different that the rumors you see spread on the boards, and I'm sure you can see that too.

Rumor post's and BLATANT misrepresentation are two different things. The SEC is just looking for reason to shut down these boards. Let's not give them one by intentionally and knowingly lying!
