Hey guys...in my bumbling newbie fashion :)) I am trying to do some DD here on IHWY, so I called and spoke with Dan Mutter, he is with IPEquity, they are bringing these companies on their site along through private placements, (IHWY opened privately 4 mos. ago @ .75/share) then onto publicly traded like they did with IHWY. Here is their site: internetstocknews.com FLOAT is 497,000 TODAY, but once reverse merger is complete and all shares acquired, float will be 1,500,000, with total shares 6,000,000. this should occur in next week or so per Dan. Since float seems very important to you guys, I thought you might want to know this. I guess if none of those people sell their shares, it wouldn't matter, but what if they did, because they were happy with jump from .75 to $3.75 in 4 months...is this an issue?? I am only looking into it b/c I wonder about 2 very different figures in releases...thanks!
