This might be the reason the "quality" stocks are not moving the last three days or so. Good news comes out on a stock and it either doesn't move or sells off. I guess we must be in the wrong game.

lance, There is a reason shells are in play now. With the new NASD reporting rule. These shells will have to be merged or become worthless.

Not to long ago I received a letter from a company that wanted to merge my business with a shell. It was a form letter they must have sent one to every private business in the state. It was quite a sales pitch.
