Anna you better tell your family you will be busy tonight doing some research. go ahead and find where I said I or my group did not participate in the conversion, or that I claimed to own enough stock to be an insider, or that I knew who was an owner of what, ( that was on the thread along time ago ). I was always upfront with people about my holdings so they could judge what I say by the amount of interest I had in the stock. Go ahead and find what you need. If you don't then I will expect an apology.......Jim
