>> Anyone know if Mr. Gordon has considered doing
a reverse merger to become listed on NASDAQ ?<<

Yes, I think that is a definite possibility, but certainly not at current prices. I am sure RG wants a price of at leadt 5 or more before making such a move. Of course if he had that price, he could just apply for a listing without any reverse merger.

Marty and REW would be the ones to ask about this. I would like to hear their responses.

Trust me, RG is doing and taking everything he can to get TSIG to the NASDAQ.

Filing is ,of course, the first method and the stock price is crutial for that. They are pumping out the deals as fast as they can. They have restructured so as to be able to better acquire and receive business. They are placing a state of the art site on line next week to service the customers. The various departments are being better manned with qualified personnel and headed with go getters. All of this and more is designed to bring in rapidly growing revenues which will in turn elevate the stock to filing status.

There is also an active search on for NASDAQ companies available for purchase. With the revenue flowing in the stock should rise and the bank account should grow. Purchase then also remains one of the top considerations toward the goal of NASDAQ movement. Once a target has been selected, then the method of purchase will have to be addressed.

Knowing the obsession of RG to get to the NASDAQ, and having spoken to him about it, I am confident that given even a chance he will find a way.
